Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not happy with something you bought, we’ll take it back as long as it is within 14 days of when you got it and it is not a special ordered or customized item. You can return any original unused, unopened, unwashed or defective merchandise within 14 days of when you got it. We charge a 15% re-stocking fee on returned items.

All returned packages must have tracking numbers and insurance. All shipping and handling costs in connection with the return are the responsibility of the customer. Your return must be accompanied by your packing list. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

How to Return?

1) Wrap up your unwanted product. Must be in it’s original unopened container.

2)  Contact us at ShopZenvo@zoho.com and we’ll email you instructions.

3)  Follow the simple instructions.

The Full Terms:

15% Re-stocking Fee:  Requirements

  • We will accept returns with a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.
  • You requested the return within 14 days after delivery.
  • You have NOT opened the product in any way.
  • You have NOT used or damaged the product in any way.
  • The item is not a special ordered item (stock ordered upon request), or customized product.
  • The item is not a final sale item.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Any item more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Any product that is missing a serial number.
  • Products containing Software that is opened.
  • Customized items.
  • Special Order items.
  • Items marked as final sale.

We also reserve the rights not to accept a return, if:

  • There are signs of product being used.
  • There are signs of product being damaged.
  • Product returned incomplete.

Other Notes:

  • You must pay for return postage and insure the product against loss or damage during its transit to us.
  • Refund will be processed within 10 days after we received the returned item(s).
  • Refund must be made by the original payment method you used (e.g. to the credit card you used for placing the order).
  • You must NOT accept a delivery if the packaging has been damaged. You should refuse delivery and notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away.
  • You must report any missing item/accessory within 2 days after delivery.

Jewelry Returns

Fine jewelry and watches should be returned via the carrier of your choice with return signature required. For your protection, fine jewelry returns are required to be insured for their full value.

Final Sale

No exchanges or returns on items marked as final sale. No price adjustments given on final sale items.

Changes to Policy
